I was at Dunkin Donuts in Augsburg today (December 12th) at 1.40 p.m. I am more than thrilled by the friendliness, by the gentleman behind the counter. You leave the shop with a smile and of course you like to come back in again and again. Great!!

I was just about to order. My boyfriend and I are partying right now. They call and say we don't have the blue donut anymore and don't want to pay you back the few euros in cash. I should call Lieferando today where I am celebrating and demanding the money in a complicated way. Despite several things, just ask me to put the money in cash (2, 3 euros for a donut) because I'm partying. He insults me on the phone and then. Cancel the delivery without saying a word to me. I saw it by accident because I'm looking for the delivery time. And now the party is broken. Please do not shop in this store! This is not how you should treat people!

ATTENTION: THERE IS NO CUSTOMER TOILET HERE! This is especially annoying if you are visiting with a 4 year old child. Children in particular are naturally drawn to the range of brightly colored donuts on offer. Unfortunately, this is only a legal requirement if the establishment can accommodate 200 guests. But the shop is incredibly expensive! Well, if it would at least taste good! But the donuts are really inedible. That's strange, because I know the chain from the USA. Somehow it tastes different there. I will certainly avoid doing these dunkin 'donuts from now on. I can only advise everyone against it.

Difficult to reach by car, but only a 2-minute walk from the nearest parking facility. Super pleasant atmosphere, indoor and outdoor seating. Not just donuts, large selection of donuts, snacks and drinks. Delicious!

Finally.. A DD in Aux another one in Germany.. Love it..... GO GET IT....

Unfortunately, I can only give one star and there are several reasons: I bought a cold drink, but it had been a little longer ... I had mentioned it and I was allowed to take another drink. That was still okay .. However, the employee still left the expired bottles in the counter after 10 minutes .. I would have taken them out of the refrigerated counter immediately if I had worked there ... It was very dirty and there was garbage everywhere. The place was almost empty, the employee was only on the cell phone ... When asked if there was a toilet, the answer was: 'yes there is one, but a bit dirty' ... I had to laugh a little where I heard it .

I was actually not a fan of such chains, but what happens here is just a service as it should be. All employees always so ? - ​​no matter how stressful it is. And the donuts. Gosh, it's like heroin. Makes you happy and you want more. And it is also good for the climate, because you have a bad conscience about the calories, and then you'd rather let the car stand and cycle.

I like this outlet of DD very much.

Very good, nice doughnuts and really really nice staff! Great variety of different flavours and there is also the special Bavarian cream available, which was invented in America and is only available at Bavarian dunkin doughnut stores! The coffee is alright and the offer that you get a free coffee if you write a review on their website is also pretty dope! Also there a great offers from time to time! Sad that they dont have a toilet otherwise you would get the 5 stars!

Very tasty donuts in many different variations and fillings. Not for the slim line, of course, but just so good. It is worth taking the six-pack. It is cheaper and you can put it together yourself. The coffee in the shop was also good and the waitress was very nice and patient when choosing the donuts. I like to come here again and again.

You will find that there will be few Bavarian donut shops serving a signature Bavarian creme-filled donut developed in the USA. I think that's only Dunkin' Donuts.

Nice shop with lots of choice. Unfortunately, I have always experienced the staff very stressed. (Which is normal. You just shouldn't let the customer feel it.) The donuts are nice to look at and very creative, but they all taste the same in principle and are far too fat and artificially sweet. Unfortunately, everything is a bit too sweet (even the drinks) - you just have to like it. It didn't meet my taste, despite the sweet tooth.
